Located in front of the Marina Terra Hotel, where Evies used to be is the newest restaurant in San Carlos. Bamboo is Asian food as well as sushi. They also sell beer by the way. You can get a Negro Modelo at Bamboo for 30 pesos! The menu is below and guess what? They deliver! So you can sit down, take out or have it delivered. Hours are from 12p.m. to 8 p.m. daily although we were in there the other day and they were open a bit past 8 p.m. The below menu doesn’t have prices but one side dish and one entre is 48 pesos.
